Tea Lamin is not a stranger in Liberia basketball circle. The 6’6″ Sierra Leonean forward first played for Dream Team in the LBA D1 couple of season back.
He later had stint with Harbel Pointers that same season.
Tea Lamin was a part of the NPA Pythons squad last season where he played regularly along side other imports from Nigeria.
Since the resumption of the 2022 national basketball league, he has not been seen.
Tea is currently in Sierra Leone.
Liberiabasketball.net reached out to the big man wondering why he was absent this season.
“No one has reached out to me yet,” he replied.
“I am open to any team that require my service. I have been working out and can be a great addition,” He added.
“Liberia is my second home. I love the people, food and the basketball fans. They give me the drive,” Tea concluded.
He made famous the phrase, “I Love It, I Love It,” which many fans chanted during his games.
Tea is a fundamentally sound player. His feel for the game and his work ethics are commendable.
With his experience playing in collegiate basketball tournaments in the United States of America, he should be coachable.
That is it guys, if you need an import you can reach out, he is hungry and waiting.
