Rose Emmanuel 44PTS against Invincible Eleven female basketball team is the highest by any female thus far this season.
She originates from Nigeria and is playing her second season with Commissioners. last year she was part of the team that won the championship.
As a workaholic, you will find her many days first to practice and last to leave.
Rose Emmanuel has won numerous accolades to her name and Liberia is now hers to take.
The game against I.E. had looked competitive from the beginning. Then Rose got her groove and became unstoppable.
Her relentless drives to the hoops saw her going to the line on numerous occasions. She made eleven of 19 attempts from the line.
Rose is also a sniper. Although it wasn’t a great shooting night, she managed to hit 27.8% which is five from 18.
She was also nine of 16 from two points land.
Her team mate Michelle Nyanneh had a double double. Michelle had 10PTS to go along with 14RBDS. It was a war in the post between she and Mirelle Nhe of I.E. who seemed unstoppable while going for 18PTS and adding 17RBDS.
Mirelle Nhe known as Mimi, did not get much help from her team mates as she was the only one with double figure score.
It looks clear and certain the super team put together by I.E. front office still have a lot of work to do.
Conspicuously absent was the head coach of the Invincible Eleven team. Word is that he is protesting over unpaid allowances. Liberiabasketball.net was unable to confirm before writing this story.
